ATB Constructions Pty Ltd was established in 2007; Director Tim Brown wanted to establish a Construction Company on the Sunshine Coast that could offer a service to clients that surpassed any competition. With Quality workmanship and clients needs the key to any successful project, ATB Constructions Pty Ltd was formed.

Our Director; Tim has been involved in the Building and Construction industry for 20 Years, Tim began working on the Sunshine Coast as a Site Manager for a Medium sized Commercial Construction Company. During these years Tim progressed to become the “Construction Manager” before making the decision to commence business for himself. Since the Inception of ATB Constructions Pty Ltd we have completed a number of projects with a strong focus on Quality, Timing, Budgets and Complete Customer satisfaction.

All of our Projects are detailed in Microsoft Project at Tender time; this ensures we can closely monitor the progress of our projects right from Tender to Completion.

We have a large but strong base of sub contractors that remain firm with our company; this ensures we get the right result every time.

All of our clients have the piece of mind knowing that Tim is involved 100% with all contracts from Tendering on Projects to Daily activities on site right through to handover and completion.
